PEJ News-- This free news service delivers daily news, opinion and analysis of peace, environment, health and justice issues. Stay informed with web and email stories often days, weeks and months ahead of the mainstream media or never covered by the mass media. Peace, Earth & Justice News is produced entirely by volunteers and is a project of the non-profit Prometheus Institute based in Victoria, Canada.

Fundraising Initiatives
To sustain a 24-hour news service requires a great deal of labour. So far PEJ News has been fortunate to have been operating on a 100% voluntary basis.

PEJ News is raising funds at this time to honour its hardworking and longstanding volunteers with small honourariums.

PEJ News would like to expand its capacity with a small staff starting off with an Editor, Webmaster, Contributor and Salesperson.

Volunteers Required
Volunteer Editors at PEJ News write original stories and carefully follow many sources of information, selecting the best for re-publication. Contributors write original content. If you have a special area of interest and would like to be a PEJ volunteer, please contact us. PEJ News is seeking Editors and Contributors for many issues and is always open to new ideas. Regional Editors are also needed for Victoria, Vancouver, BC, USA and other countries/continents.
