Earth WalkOrganization Mandate
Since 1981, people in Victoria devoted to peace, the earth and justice, have gathered on a Saturday in April to unite and celebrate.
The Walk for Global Justice began over two decades ago as the Peace Walk, and in the 1990s was called the Earth Walk.

Current Activities and Projects
The Walk Committee organizes this large multi-faceted rally and festival every year. About 50 groups have display and information tables. Completed Activities and Projects
The Walk has been held continuously in Victoria since 1981, and is the longest-running annual Walk in Canada with a strong political focus. Fundraising Initiatives
Donations are always required. A charitable receipt will be issued when requested for donations larger than $50. Partners
